7. Expedited Agenda (Announced the evening of the Public Hearing) 
Cases requesting expedited processing will be heard prior to the Public Hearing.  If citizens sign up to speak in opposition to a case listed on the Expedited Agenda, that case would be moved to the Regular Agenda, as listed below.

8. Requests for Deferral/Continuation (Announced the evening of the Public Hearing)   Action on cases requesting deferral/continuation will be taken prior to the Public Hearing.  If the request for deferral/continuation is denied, that case will be moved to the Regular Agenda, as listed below. 

A. Special Use Permit #PLN2013-00275, WAWA – Virginia Tire & Auto - To allow a motor vehicle service and a motor vehicle fuel station.  The site is located on the south side of Nokesville Rd./Route 28 at the intersection of Piper Ln. and Route 28.  The SUP area consists of +/-2.74 acres and is identified on county maps as GPINs 7595-92-0098 & 7595-93-2104.  The site is zoned B-1, General Business (fuel station) and M-1, Heavy Industrial (service facility), and is located in the Route 28 Highway Corridor Overlay District (HCOD).  The site is designated FEC, Flexible Use Employment Center on the Long-Range Land Use map.  Brentsville Magisterial District

B.  Special Use Permit #PLN2014-00026, The Angels Home Day Care - To allow a family day home for up to 9 children in a single-family attached dwelling, located at 15830 Bobolink Dr. in the Riverside Station subdivision, and identified as GPIN 8390-86-2978.  
The site is zoned R-6, Suburban Residential, and is designated SRH (Suburban Residential High) in the Comprehensive Plan. Woodbridge Magisterial District

C. Proffer Amendment #PLN2007-00697 Rugby Road Center- To amend the
proffers from REZ#1988-0071, to redesign the proffered layout of the site and to amend the uses prohibited in the proffers. The request will allow a religious institution use in a portion of the 19,140 sq. ft. proposed building area. The site is located on the south side of Rugby Rd., approx. 350 ft. east of the intersection of Centreville Rd. and Rugby Rd.  The ±1.7 ac. site is zoned B-1, General Business, is identified as GPIN 7897-32-0809, and is designated GC, General Commercial, and SRL, Suburban Residential Low, in the Comprehensive Plan.

D. Comprehensive Plan Amendment #PLN2012-00229, Bell Property-  To change the Long-Range Land Use designation in the Comprehensive Plan of +/- 127 acres from SRR, Semi-Rural Residential and ER, Environmental Resource to SRL, Suburban Residential Low and ER, Environmental Resource. The site is located on the northwest side of Catharpin Rd. approx. 900 feet north of its intersection with Fieldstone Wy. and is identified as GPINs 7398-96-4050 and 7398-76-8206. Gainesville Magisterial District

E. Rezoning #PLN2013-00080, Regency at Catharpin Creek - To rezone +/- 102 acres from A-1, Agricultural to PMR, Planned Mixed Residential to allow the development of an age-restricted community with a maximum of 230 single family detached homes. The site is located on the northwest side of Catharpin Rd. approx. 900 feet north of its intersection with Fieldstone Wy. and is identified as GPINs 7398-96-4050 and 7398-76-8206.  There is a companion Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA #PLN2012-00229, Bell Property) which seeks to redesignate +/- 127 acres from SRR, Semi-Rural Residential and ER, Environmental
Resource to SRL, Suburban Residential Low and ER, Environmental Resource. Gainesville Magisterial District

F. Zoning Text Amendment #PLN2014-00054, Portable Temporary Signs- To
amend the provisions of Article II, Part 250 to permit portable temporary signs which may be located offsite for nonprofit organizations to advertise fundraisers and events to the general public. Countywide 

G. Zoning Text Amendment #PLN2013-00326, Motor Vehicle Repair- To amend the
provisions of Article III, Part 300 to allow for the indoor non-commercial repair and restoration of motor vehicles in Agricultural and Semi-Rural districts. Countywide 

H. Zoning Text Amendment #PLN2014-00053, Parking & Loading Setbacks- To amend provisions of Section 32-250.10 of the Zoning Ordinance to eliminate the required off-street parking and loading setbacks for developments in the commercial, office, & industrial districts. There is a companion Design and Construction Standards Manual (DCSM #PLN2014-00091, Section 800 Landscape Amendments) which seeks to amend provision of the DCSM in relation to this ZTA. Countywide

I. Design and Construction Standards Manual  #PLN2014-00091, Section 800
Landscape Amendments- To amend provisions of Section 800 of the DCSM to enhance buffer areas, landscaping, and tree cover requirements in parking lots located within  shopping centers, shopping malls, and storm water management facilities. Countywide
