 Cases requesting expedited processing will be heard prior to the Public Hearing.  If citizens sign up to speak in opposition to a case listed on the Expedited Agenda, that case would be moved to the Regular Agenda, as listed below.

A.  Special Use Permit #PLN2013-00334, Mount Pleasant Baptist Church
To rebuild and expand an existing religious institution with related facilities.  The expansion will add a second story to the church, consisting of +/-2,930 sq. ft.  The +/-2.59 acre site is located at 15008 Lee Highway, on the north side of Lee Highway/Route 29, approx. 400 ft. east of the intersection with Lucas Ct.  The site is identified as GPIN 7297-81-5699, is zoned A-1, Agricultural is located in the Lee Highway/Route 29 Highway Corridor Overlay District (HCOD) and is designated SRL, Suburban Residential Low on the Comprehensive Plan.

B. Proffer Amendment #PLN2013-00273, Heritage Hunt Commercial Landbay C
To amend the proffers of REZ #PLN2009-00176, Heritage Hunt Commercial, and revise the Master Zoning Plan to reconfigure the tree preservation area and prepare the site for the development of an assisted living facility.  The site is located in the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Heathcote Blvd. and Heritage Hunt Dr. and is identified as GPIN 7397-96-4698.  The site is zoned PBD, Planned Business District, and designated O(M), Office Mid-Rise on the Master Zoning Plan.  The site is designated SRL, Suburban Residential Low in the Comprehensive Plan. Gainesville Magisterial District

C. Special Use Permit #PLN2013-00274,  Heathcote Assisted Living                                                To allow a 98,000 square foot assisted living facility on a +/-7.07 acre property.  The site is  located in the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Heathcote Blvd. and Heritage
 Hunt Dr. and is identified as GPIN 7397-96-4698.  The site is zoned PBD, Planned  Business District, and designated O(M), Office Mid-Rise on the Master Zoning Plan.  The  site is designated SRL, Suburban Residential Low in the  Comprehensive Plan.

 D.  Rezoning #PLN2013-00256, Barnes Goodman Property
To rezone 8.85 ac. from A-1, Agricultural  to R-4, Suburban Residential to allow a max. of 13 single-family detached dwelling units.  The site is located on the east side of Spriggs Rd. +/- 150 ft. south of Minnieville Rd., is identified as GPINs 8091-54-1643 & 8091-44-8962, is part of the Spriggs Road HCOD, and is designated Suburban Residential Low (SRL) in the Comprehensive Plan.  Potomac Magisterial District

 E.  Special Use Permit #PLN2013-00239, Quantico Center Chick-fil-A 
 To allow a restaurant with a drive-through & with signage modifications, located between Rt.
 234 and Fettler Park Dr. +/- 300 ft. east of Van Buren Rd., and identified as GPINS
 8189-77-6123 & -3632 pt.  The site is zoned PBD, Planned Business District, is part of the
 Rt. 234 HCOD & is designated Regional Commercial Center (RCC) in the Comprehensive  Plan.  Potomac Magisterial  District

 F. Public Facility Review #PLN2013-00342, NOVEC Battlefield Monopole 
 To construct a 150' telecommunications monopole and a related 2,500 sq.ft. equipment area at the NOVEC Battlefield Substation. The site is located 600' east from the intersection of Infantry Ridge Rd and Gaskins Wy; is identified as GPIN 7697-36-9193; is zoned PBD,
Planned Business District; and is designated CEC, Community Employment Center and ER,
Environmental Resource in the Comprehensive Plan. Gainesville Magisterial District

G. Zoning Text Amendment #PLN2013-00339, Regulation of Event Centers 
To amend the provisions of Article IV, Part 400 to regulate the siting, development and performance standards for event centers and meeting halls. Countywide
