Today's Affirmation on Crying

Affirmation:  I love myself no matter how I feel. 

I recognize I am not my feelings and that I needn't ever judge them or feel guilty about having them, no matter what those feelings are.  I am free to cry if I want--there is no shame attached.  I needn't over-analyze the reasons, either.  Crying does not indicate weakness. 

When I feel like crying, I recognize I need to take extra special care of myself, and so I do.   

Affirming all this comforts me and helps to relieve anxiety and depression.
