A Re-entry Roadmap for Veterans Incarcerated in Virginia

The following 57 page guide might not be very useful to incarcerated vets who don't have internet access, but it might be helpful to agencies and organizations who work with vets and former felons (I refuse to call people who have served their time "felons," which is how the state of Virginia labels those who have ever been incarcerated).
I don't know a thing about these programs--I just happened to be searching for lists of groups that help the homeless and hungry.
Helps previously incarcerated Veterans avoid homelessness by providing state-specific resources on housing, health care, treatment, and community re-adjustment. Developed in partnership with the National Coalition of Homeless Veterans.
